Abstract

|
We can get result from the ileum-transmission experiment of the rat for researching the possibility of applied clinical about the acute-toxic of the new compound Gly-Amine I* and Gly-Amine II** from which are using for materials with the Glycolic acid and Ethylenediamine: We can conclude that the Gly-Amine II was displayed more inclination of control to the ileum-transmission than Gly-Amine I at the in vitro of copper-and cadmium-ion, and the ileum-transmission of copper-ion is more controlling inclination than the ileum-transmission of cadmium-ion. Now we can see the Gly-Amine I and II suggest the possibility of applied clinical as chelating agent to the input of a large quantity of the copper and cadmium. And so sustained for possibility of it, the clinical experiment for the input of a longterm have to be made.
* Gly-Amine I ; Bis (glycolate) ethylenediamine
** Gly-Amine II ; Bis [(2-hydrolcy-2-azoethylamino)-2-methylamino-ethane]
